My father was an alocholic yet I never knew it. I was so used to his behavior that i could never realize that it was because of the alcohol that he was acting in such a ridiculous manner. He was yelling at people and would constantly pick fights that didn't need to be even brought up. It was not until he checked into rehab that I got to see what an amazing man my father truly was. He was smiling, happy and loving. He cared about himself, began to develop hobbies, and really began to take an intrest in his children and family. I am very proud of my father for stepping up realizing he had a problem and getting something done about it.
